Doner kebab meat should be full of lamb sweetness with the flavouring enhancing the experience, our seasoning does just that Take 500g of Mince Lamb, flatten out and sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of doner kebab seasoning, add 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon of salt if you wish and mix well Form into a bread dough style shape and leave to marinate for at least 30mins, 2 days is better Cook for 120mins on 180c Gas Mark 4 for 120 minutes, turning half way through in a baking tray uncovered Rest for 10 minutes, carve as thin as you can and serve with salad and flat breads
