SHIPPING COSTS
Currently we are only shipping within mainland Portugal, The Azores and Madeira or alternatively you can organise a pre-arranged collection slot from The Chilli Experience
In order to offer the best available shipping price, we are operating a "by weight" postal system and pricing is based as follows:
Up to 70g across mainland Portugal - 2.70 Euros using the registered postal service
Up to 400g across mainland Portugal - 3.95 Euros using the registered postal service
Up to 1.6K across mainland Portugal - 6.50 Euros using the registered postal service
Up to 2.0kg across mainland Portugal - 8.75 Euros using the registered postal service
Over 2.0kg across mainland Portugal - 10.00 Euros using CTT courier service
We aim to despatch orders or have them available for collection within 1-2 business days from receipt of order
RETURNS POLICY
There are rules that cover this for distance selling and as we are 100% committed to our product, service and customer satisfaction, we want to ensure that you get the best from our range of products
If there is ever a problem or query with any of our products, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction
On arrival if one of our products is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can organise a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence and if requested, this should be sent to alan@thechilliexperience.com
If you are not satisfied with one of our products, then please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and we will refund or replace the item in question
In the case of products that are returned to us, we will aim to process your refund within 5-7 working days
