As with our feelings on using authentic chillies for cooking our favourite dishes, we are happy to introduce Authentic Cajun Seasoning from Louisiana full of the Deep South and French Influence
Cajun seasoning is about an even blend of good flavour followed by a slight kick - mild in aspects
Use in the dish of your choice and add meat, vegetables or prawns
For quick awesome chicken kebabs, marinate 250g of chicken cubes in lemon juice and 2-3tsps of seasoning, fridge for 2-48hrs (longer the better) and cook thoroughly
Serve with flatbread lettuce and a little mayo for the best wrap!
Ingredients: Paprika, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, MUSTARD, Fennel, Garlic, Onion, Chilli

Used this to make Jambalaya and Gumbo Both came out great Great on Bbq shrimp No added salt, wonderful flavour Excellent!

Cajun seasoning
Very delicious and flavoursome. Bought this along with several other products, all of which have been really good quality. The sweet paprika is especially tasty. Lovin' the herbs - provence, sage and thyme too. Will definitely be back for more.
