Take a Classic Steak Seasoning and add a touch of chilli class and you end up with perfect steak seasoning. The ingredients sings on your taste buds followed by the wonderful juicy beef steak.
Allow your steak to warm to room temperature, pat both sides dry and sprinkle in approx. 10g of seasoning on each side and rub in - add salt if required.
Marinate at room temperature for a minimum of two hours
Cook as you like and serve as you want - life will be great!

Very tasty
I added this to some plain meatballs just for added flavour. Just a small warning, they do pack a punch, and for those of you who can't cope too well with hot chilli, it may need to be used sparingly. For us, it was terrific once we put the meatballs into a sauce.
