Fantastic blend
This has quite a decent kick to it. I wanted to make gunpowder madras, but didn’t have any naga pickle. So I marinaded the chicken in 2 tablespoons of this with oil for my chicken tikka. I used 2 more in the madras sauce. The flavours were fantastic ( I probably didn’t need the extra chilli)
