Siam Spring Roll Wrappers - Thai Rice Paper
Product Description
20 sheets of rice paper to prepare the authentic Thai Spring Rolls. A Gluten free alternative to wraps.
Ingredients:
Rice flour (60%), tapioca flour starch, water, salt.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Arrange the rice leaf in warm water until soft and supple (about 30 sec). Remove the leaves from the water and place them on a damp cloth. Add the filling in the middle of the sheet. Wrap gently. As a filling you can use cooked prawns, lettuce, basil leaves and coriander.
