Sage
Sage. Love sage and caterpillars got my sage plant! I'll grow fresh again but it is so convenient to have the dried one. I used to live in northern Italy and you can't be without sage. I add it to some soups and certain vegetables be they sautéed or roasted. Also on roasts and chicken. Always add to a tomato sauce.
