Dill is as are many herbs from Europe so good in so many dishes its used all year round
Use Dill tips in soups, sauces and marinating meat and veg in the winter, use dill tips in sour cream and other dips in the summer, thats before you use it in famous dishes like borsht or okroshka
Dill Tips is as the name suggests the tips of the Dill plant or its leaves, a grass like flowering plant

Dill Tips
Love dill and just can't grow it whatever I try! I add it to the more delicate soups. Put it in salad dressing and let it sit a while before adding lettuce. Sprinkle on tomatoes. On salmon, of course, an hour before cooking the fish. Great in mayonnaise. Want to try a dill sauce to see if it can live up to fresh dill which is very hard to find.

Dried dill/dill tips is not easy to find in my area. I was super happy to discover them on the Chilli Experience website and after ordering, received the product the next day. Used it this past week for the first time and it really brightened up the fish salad I made and another dish. Wonderful quality. Thank you!
