Ancho Chilli Powder
So fantastic to be able to find spices for North and South American cooking here on the site. This chili powder is lovely in just about anything you'd want to make and is great as a paste for marinades or cooking sauces when mixed with just a little bit of water. Keep in mind that a little goes a long way compared to US-based recipes since US chili powder is often a blend of spices and not straight chili powder. Delicious smoky, mild spiciness that compliments without overwhelming.

Great chilli powder. We are from Texas and our chilli recipe calls for Ancho chilli powder. We have not been able to find it in Lisbon. Thanks Alan for having so many Texas staples :)
