Vindaloo heat is a UK curry recipe, it stands for one hot curry! While the authentic vindaloo curry is very low in heat, the recipe in the UK created back in the 70s in an infusion of Indian and British cuisine making a wonderful flavoured curry with a very hot kick of heat.

This vindaloo curry powder can be used in any curry dish to add the flavour and heat, simply fry an onion, add a teaspoon of the mix and add meat and veg for the basic curry.
