Pasco is one of the market leaders of award winning natural Indian sauces with an authentic taste and easy to prepare. Pasco Kashmiri Masala is a delicious moderately hot paste of coriander, tamarind, ginger, garlic, and spicy chilli peppers.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed Oil, Tomato, Coriander, Water, Garlic, Salt, Chilli Powder, Ginger, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Modified Maize Starch, Cumin, Garam Masala, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
Allergens:
May contain traces of milk, soya, eggs, sulphites, celery and mustard.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened consume within 1 month.
Preparation Suggestion:
Sauté 2 onions in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden. Add 250g of sliced meat and stir for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of Kashmiri Masala paste, stir constantly. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and cook until the meat is cooked. Serve with naan bread or rice.
Usage Suggestions:
Use Kashmiri Masala as a sauce for tandoori dishes, Pasta tikka, Pizza or as a dip with naan or pappadums.
