Libby's Cream Style Sweet Corn
Making creamed corn from scratch is relatively simple, but being able to open a can of it is even easier (and much faster). When you're used to being able to find this product to use in a favorite holiday recipe that calls for exactly the amount in this can, having to make it from scratch can dampen your enthusiasm when there's already so much else tied to that meal that's complicated or unavailable in a foreign country. Incredibly pleased to have found this product on this site; we're looking forward to the first easy cornbread pudding we've had in years.
