Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Seasoning Powder is made with oriental shiitake mushrooms to bring out the unique sweetness and umami in cooking. Just a small spoon can fully bring out the umami of ingredients. It is an indispensable kitchen choice which is suitable for cooking a variety of dishes. This amazing seasoning is also halal certified.

Ingredients:
Salt, maltodextrin, sugar, yeast extract, Shiitake powder 2%, flavour enhancers (disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), flavouring, white button mushroom powder (1%).
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Close the lid tightly after each use.
Preparation Suggestion:
As a stir fry seasoning: Approximately ½ tsp (2.5g) for 300-500g of ingredients.
For soup base/stock : 1 tsp for 350ml stock.
Usage Suggestions:
Simply dilute with water to create a vegan friendly stock for soup noodles or casseroles. Or even sprinkle directly into stir fry as seasoning.
